AUTOMATION SCOPE
Documented actions include cancelling unshipped orders, order edits, address changes, subscription changes and returns; availability depends on the connected app and permissions. The customer starts a new Richpanel Return in the portal; the AI works it from there. Loop Returns is not integrated, changing a Skio subscription address is unsupported, and shipped orders cannot be edited or cancelled. The guide also says skip on Loop and pause on Recharge are unavailable, so the AI moves the next order date instead. [2][4][5]
HUMAN CONTROL
Each action can require approval; unset permissions wait for approval, and Co-Pilot mode holds every customer-visible action for a person. More specifically, the guide says Shopify lookups run on their own, but cancel, refund, address, edit and discount wait for a person; configurable-autonomy wording is not a promise that all Shopify actions run unattended.
