Support Ledger is published by Xpedition Technologies Oy, the controller for this service. Contact us about privacy, corrections or other enquiries at info@xpedition.fi.
Calculator and feedback inputs
The calculator, comparison and feedback tools run in your browser. We do not transmit their input values to an application server or store them in a database. Downloaded JSON stays on your device until you choose to share it. The feedback page does not send a message to us automatically. Do not enter customer tickets, account credentials or sensitive personal information.
Hosting and technical data
The public site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Visiting a page sends technical request information to the hosting provider, including your IP address, requested URL, timestamp, browser information and related security/network information. Cloudflare processes technical data to deliver and protect the site under its applicable service terms and data-protection arrangements. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for its description of processing. Visits are not free of technical records.
Our purpose for necessary technical processing is operating and securing this public information service; our basis is the legitimate interest in providing that service. We do not publish visitor-level logs. Provider operational/security retention follows its applicable settings and arrangements; we do not promise immediate deletion or a fixed retention period we cannot verify. Cloudflare operates a global network, so processing may occur outside Finland and the EEA under the provider's applicable transfer safeguards; we do not claim EU-only hosting.
Cookies and measurement
This beta has no installed advertising pixels, newsletter tracker or application analytics script. We do not intentionally set application cookies or use localStorage. Ordinary browser caching and hosting-provider security mechanisms may still apply. No behavioural advertising service is enabled. Any future analytics or email collection will require an updated notice and an assessment of applicable consent requirements before activation.
If you email us
Sending an email shares your address, message and attachments with our email systems. We use that information to respond, handle corrections and maintain necessary correspondence, based on the legitimate interest in handling your enquiry. Please avoid unnecessary personal information. We retain correspondence only as needed for that purpose and applicable legal obligations; ask us if you want a particular message removed.
Your rights and questions
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, subject to legal conditions. Contact info@xpedition.fi to exercise rights or ask about processing, recipients or transfers. You may also complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman. We do not use this beta for automated decisions about you.
External links and commercial scope
Vendor/source links lead to third-party websites with their own policies. We add no affiliate or campaign IDs to them. No newsletter, customer account, payment collection or paid placement is currently offered. Documentation-based comparisons are not product tests, legal advice or a guarantee of suitability. Confirm important terms directly with vendors.
