Support Ledger is a public beta published by Xpedition Technologies Oy. These are document-based comparisons, not hands-on product reviews. No listed vendor has paid for placement in this build.
Three different kinds of evidence
- Documented: a first-party source explicitly describes the feature or price. This records the vendor's claim, not our verification of product performance.
- Not verified: we did not find sufficient source evidence. This does not mean the feature is absent.
- Tested: reserved for a reproducible test of the actual configured product. No current product record has this status.
Pricing is a scope problem
An AI outcome price may exclude helpdesk seats, minimum commitments or platform charges. Profiles preserve the vendor's billing unit and caveats. The cost lab is deliberately a custom scenario—not a table of supposedly equivalent vendor bills.
What the records include
Each product has source links, short evidence excerpts and retrieval timestamps. We retain research artifacts in the project. Documentation can change. Retrieval is not a guarantee that every claim remains current; confirm the plan and final terms with the vendor.
Language claims are not quality tests
“Finnish documented” means a first-party source names Finnish. It does not establish fluent handling of returns, colloquial wording, order data or human escalation. Products without explicit evidence are labelled “not verified.”
How future evaluations would work
Use a fictional store, a published knowledge base, synthetic enquiries and a fixed rubric. Test factual answers, uncertainty and escalation. Publish product configuration, date, limitations and representative results where permitted. Real customer tickets and destructive actions are excluded.
Commercial independence
Future sponsorship could buy labelled placement, never a higher benchmark score or altered factual filtering. Corrections stay free. No affiliate tracking is added to current vendor links. No audience size, sponsor demand or earnings are claimed.
Ordering and scope
Products are alphabetical. This initial sample is not exhaustive and selection is not an endorsement. Channel lists and capabilities are documentation summaries; plan-specific availability must be confirmed. Shopify is a trademark of its owner and is not affiliated with this project.
